“New Energy” lineup: delivering both extended range and energy efficiency<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The XCT25G5-1HEV, XCT50G5-1HEV, and XCT100G5-1HEV cranes were neatly arranged, attracting customers to stop and inquire.
This is an economic calculation: the new-energy crane equipped with XCMG’s Smart Hybrid 2.0 technology features a range-extended hybrid configuration, enabling flexible refueling with either fuel or electricity. Taking the XCT100G5-1HEV as an example, it achieves a combined range of up to 800 kilometers when fully fueled and charged, sufficient to support 15 consecutive shifts of high-intensity operations. Assuming an annual average fuel cost of 100,000 yuan, each unit saves 40,000 to 60,000 yuan annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The XCT25G5-1HEV, XCT50G5-1HEV and XCT100G5-1HEV cranes were neatly arranged in a row, attracting customers to stop and inquire.
“New energy cranes are the trend. We consume a lot of electricity. When the project volume is saturated, we can also use a combination of electricity and oil. The hoisting operations within the factory can be reduced by three quarters. Now, the two fuel-powered vehicles in the factory are basically parked there. Everyone likes to drive the new energy vehicles – they are energy-efficient, cost-saving, easy to operate, and have less noise, making the ears much more comfortable.” The customer said with amazement on the spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical experts used a set of hard data to reveal the strength of XCMG’s new energy construction machinery: the overall fuel efficiency is over 40%, and pure electric operation can save up to 70% of fuel. It has undergone extreme environment tests such as 45\u2103 high temperature, -35\u2103 extreme cold, and an altitude of over 5,000 meters on a plateau.
For special scenarios such as zero-emission and low-noise hoisting in tunnels, long-range operation of infrastructure construction, and frequent and high-frequency loading and unloading operations at ports, new energy products demonstrate advantages in terms of operation and environmental protection that are incomparable to those of fuel vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
